The client is a leading lighting company based in Bahrain.


This project is created for a leading light selling company. It helps to manage all the processes from Order capturing to Payment receiving process. It includes an iPad application that managing the product delivery process using bar code scanner.

Project Description 

  1. Capture customer contact information.
  2. Create multiple “Legends” for a customer( It helps to capture the requirements from the customer and will prepare a detailed quotation with the products that require to fulfil customer requirement including “Cost” and “Images of the required Products”).
  3. Finalized Legends can convert as Quotes and can send it to the client via email.
  4. After a Quote accepted by customer, It will convert as Project and a related Purchase Order from customer will store in the application.
  5. Based on the current stock, multiple deliveries can do against each Purchase Order.
  6. Invoice can be raised against Purchase order and can receive one or more payments against each Invoice.
  7. Based on the Delivery the stock will be automatically adjusted.
