The client is a leading asbestos audit service provider in Singapore.

Overview

This project is created for the leading Asbestos audit service provider. This system helps to manage order capture to report creation process regarding various types of Asbestos audit including customer management and invoice creation process.

Project Description 

1. Capturing customer data using Core2CRM.

2. Core2CRM is integrated with our application. Therefore, we can create a Quote for a customer in Core2CRM.  

3. If the customer accepts the Quote then it will convert as an Order.  

4. We can assign multiple Inspectors for this order.

5. Each Inspector have their own UMPC device with an Offline Audit database. In which they can download Orders that are allowed for them and continue their Audit process.      

6. After the Audit completed, the audit data will upload in to a server-side reports database, from which we can create multiple types of reports. 
7. As because of the customer need to update their Audit process consistently, we have created a facility to upgrade their offline database automatically (If we have created a new version of Offline database).
