The client is a large Oil servicing company based in Massachusetts, USA

Overview

This system is a mini ERP that connects inventory and assets to Work Orders.

Project Description

There are five aspects to this project::

  1. Work Order Management Manages all their Work Orders information and able to add Receipts, Inventory, Assets and Time sheet.

  2. Assets Management – Manages all asset information and its history.

  3. Inventory Management – Manages all asset information and its history.

  4. Technician Management – Manages all their technicians and ability to set the technician to active or inactive.

  5. Offline Database Technician can download and upload their work orders from Server database to local database.

Plugins and Special Features

Following are the plugins and special features of the project:

  • Server-side Scheduled scripts to Import records from Sage and exporting records to sage.
  • Offline Database with sync Process.

  • Barcode Generation
