This project was developed for an equipment maintenance services and support company based in US. This Project helps to our client service the customer product model issues.
FMDBSolutions designed and developed a database that would raise a ticket (complaint) for the product model issues and to service for the ticket based on the responsible person to detect costly manpower.
To create a Ticket we need Account, Site, Asset, Branch information fetched from respective modules. We also maintain Inventory for the same using Accounting (request part, purchase order, good receipt), Inventory (supplier, warehouse, parts) modules.

Plugins and Special features: Custom Web Publishing is used to send mail with multiple attachments.
