The client is a leading Entertainment and Event Technology Solutions providers based on USA.

Overview

This project is created for a leading Entertainment and Event Technology Solutions providers to manage their equipment maintenance. This system helps to manage Inspections and Work Orders for the Equipment available in various locations.

Project Description 

  1. Desktop Application: This application helps for the management level users to manage Equipment, Locations, User Details for the application including Inspection checklist configuration and Complete Work Order processes.

    A. Equipment Module: This helps to manage the following information related to each Equipment.

         a. Equipment Manufactured on which Company, Expire Date, Placed on which Location.
         b. On which Intervals the Equipment should be Inspected.
         c. what are the check lists should analyze during the Inspection.
         d. Display Inspection History.
         e. Display Schedule for the selected time.

    B. Locations Module: This Module helps to configure the Venues and Areas under a Location including ability to view Equipment and Inspections related to each Locations.

    C. Inspections Module: This Module helps to the Management level users to view the Inspections created by the Technicians and can be able to mention as the Inspection process completed. It also provides the functions to print and email the inspection details.

    D. Work Order Module: During the Inspection process, If any checklist line item failed then a Word Order will be raised with the defect details. This helps the Management level user to view the work order and can enter when it was fixed and by whom.

    E. Various Types Of Reports can be created for the selected date ranges such as “Monthly Report Per Site” , “Work Order Report” , “Yet to be fixed Equipment List”.

  1.  iPad Application: This is an offline application installed on all the Technicians iPad. Whenever they have proper internet connection, Technicians download the Inspection Schedule for Them by selecting location. Inspections taken can be done offline. Whenever the Technician have the proper internet connectivity then they can upload the Inspections to the Server-side application.
