The client is a large Oil servicing company based in Massachusetts, USA

Overview

This system is a mini ERP that connects inventory and assets to Work Orders.

Project Description

There are five aspects to this project::

1. Work Order Management – Manages all their Work Orders information and able to add Receipts, Inventory, Assets and Time sheet.

2. Assets Management – Manages all asset information and its history.

3. Inventory Management – Manages all asset information and its history.

4. Technician Management – Manages all their technicians and ability to set the technician to active or inactive.

5. Offline Database – Technician can download and upload their work orders from Server database to local database.

Plugins and Special Features

Following are the plugins and special features of the project:

• Server-side Scheduled scripts to Import records from Sage and exporting records to sage.

• Offline Database with sync Process.

• Barcode Generation
